The project features 196 single-story homes with detached and duplex-style units to cater to a diverse range of tenant preferences and needs. This project was the first BTR project in the area.

The centerpiece is a state-of-the-art clubhouse and pool complex, serving as a hub for social gatherings and recreational activities. The community also incorporates a dedicated dog park.

The engineering and design phase focused on seamlessly integrating the development into the existing desert landscape while ensuring optimal functionality. Comprehensive on-site grading, drainage, and paving plans were crafted to manage water flow and facilitate easy navigation throughout the community.
