Colliers Engineering & Design (CED) provided civil engineering and surveying services for the redevelopment of this 30,417 SF educational facility on 14207 Higgins Drive in San Antonio, Texas.

Brighton Center is one of the largest non-profit facilities to provide educational services such as therapy, specialized skills training, early childhood education and parent workshops for children with disabilities. CED provided surveying services including boundary verification and tree, topographical, and improvements survey. Civil services included site planning, civil plan preparation, habitat compliance, traffic impact analysis, the preparation of a stormwater management plan and a stormwater pollution prevention plan, utility coordination, and other general engineering services.
