Colliers Engineering & Design provided professional services for a warehouse distribution building in South Brunswick Township.  The warehouse distribution facility is situated on approximately 35 acres, with access to Davidsons Mill Road and Cranbury-South River Road (CR 535).  The property was developed with a cross-docked warehouse building totaling 488,800 SF, and 100 parking spaces, 106 loading docks, 85 trailer parking spaces, and four storm water management basins consisting of two underground infiltration basins, one surface infiltration basin and one wet pond. The facility was designed to accommodate up to two tenants, with separate entrances and a guardhouse for each.

Colliers Engineering & Design secured all regulatory approvals, including Township and County Planning Boards, and Soil Conservation District.
