Provided land survey, base mapping, lot consolidation plans, and assistance with civil/site and geotechnical engineering for a new indoor hockey arena and events center in downtown Allentown. Located at the intersection of 7th Street and Hamilton Boulevard, the arena holds 10,000 seats and is part of a larger redevelopment project of the central business district of Allentown. This redevelopment rests on five acres of land previously occupied by numerous buildings, parking lots, and accessory structures.
