Adams Marketplace Phase II is a part of an outdoor open power center comprised of 118,000 SF of mixed-use building area. Development of this project was aimed for a variety of tenants, including banks, restaurants and hotels. At completion, 700,000 SF of leasable space was available in the complex.
The overall development includes major retailers Meijer and Walmart. Services provided include site planning, architectural and engineering building design, and construction administration.
