Colliers Engineering & Design provided professional services for a 478,390 SF warehouse facility situated on 27.57 acres in the Township of East Windsor, Mercer County, New Jersey. The development will have 62 loading docks, 488 parking stalls for passenger vehicles, 74 trailer parking spaces along with associated site improvements including landscaping, lighting, stormwater management design and the incorporation of low impact development techniques.
The development will be LEED certified. Our professionals obtained all necessary approvals associated with this project, including Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Certification, Delaware and Raritan Canal Commission Certificate of Approval, and preliminary and final site plan approval from the County and Township.
