The Accelerating Success Awards celebrate those contributions through a peer-nominated recognition program. By recognizing colleagues who exemplify leadership, collaboration, innovation, and service, the program reinforces the culture that defines who we are as a firm.

This year, employees across the firm were recognized through 12 award categories celebrating our Core Values, leadership, mentorship, emerging talent, safety, and volunteerism.

From emerging leaders and exceptional managers to employees making a difference in their communities, our employees contribute to our success in many ways. Here’s a glimpse into a few of our awards and what colleagues are saying about their peers.

Rising Star Award

The Rising Star Award recognizes emerging leaders who demonstrate exceptional initiative, continuous growth and commitment to excellence early in their careers.

This year’s five recipients were recognized for their technical excellence, collaborative spirit and drive to continually learn and grow. One nominee was described as someone who “consistently exceeds expectations in technical growth, reliability and quality of work,” while another Rising Star was praised for being “a collaborative and proactive team member who consistently brings a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow.”

Manager of the Year Award

Strong leadership creates stronger teams. The Manager of the Year Award honors leaders who inspire others, encourage professional growth, and foster an environment built on trust, collaboration and accountability.

We recognized three outstanding leaders for their commitment to supporting and empowering their teams this year. Reflecting on one recipient’s impact, a colleague shared, “His leadership creates an environment where people feel supported, challenged and inspired to strive for excellence.”

Timothy J. Coyle Volunteer of the Year Award

Named in honor of retired Technical Manager Timothy J. Coyle, whose philanthropic spirit continues to inspire others, this award celebrates employees whose commitment to servicing others extends beyond the workplace.

Our recipient, Carol Rech, exemplifies that spirit through decades of volunteer leadership and philanthropy. Drawing from her own experience as a breast cancer survivor, Carol has dedicated herself to supporting women and families in need through organizations she helped establish and lead, demonstrating the lasting impact one individual can make within a community.
