Guiding a project from initial site selection through construction requires a leader who understands every phase of the development process. As Senior Principal and Division Director of Civil/Site Services at Colliers Engineering & Design, Mr. Lezott brings more than two decades of that end-to-end expertise to a multidisciplinary team focused on commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional land development. 

Ron has led large-scale infrastructure, mixed-use, and institutional projects across the region, with deep knowledge of site planning, stormwater management, entitlement processes, and environmental permitting. That experience has been central to the successful delivery of healthcare campuses, corporate office parks, multi-family communities, and major commercial and industrial properties. His approach to every engagement reflects a commitment to sustainable, resilient development practices, backed by his LEED AP certification and Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control accreditation. 

An active voice in the industry, Ron is a member of NAHB, NAIOP, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Clemson University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey.
