Don’t miss our planning and zoning experts – John Steinmetz, FAICP and Molly Gaudioso, AICP – attending and presenting at the Fall Local Government Workshop hosted by Genesee Finger Lakes Regional Planning Council on October 23!

Join them for their session “The Comp Plan & Zoning Playbook: Going from Defense to Offense” at 10:10 a.m. where they will break down how municipalities can go from reactive decision-making to proactive policy development. Whether you’re just starting a planning or zoning effort or thinking about what comes after, this is a conversation worth having. Stick around for Q&A and bring your questions!
