James has 23 years of experience in waterways projects with a specialization in dam safety as well as stream morphology and rehabilitation of water control structures.
Todd Mueller, PE, Geographic Discipline Leader, will be moderating a session on September 24, from 1:30-3:00 p.m. MT, on Dam Foundations. Todd has experience in structural and dam engineering and risk assessment, with rehabilitation design, restoration of dams and water control structures, and condition and risk evaluation being predominant in his recent years.
