Training and Development
Our dedicated training and development staff work continuously to create and deliver quality technical and general office training to all of Colliers Engineering & Design’s employees. They are also available for around the clock technical support and assistance. All employees are also given access to Maser University, an online training website with over 1500 courses. These courses include technical topics as well as soft skill courses such as leadership and management.
Internal subject matter experts present to current and potential leaders throughout the firm on a wide variety of topics from Staff Development to Contracts and Proposals. Our Management Training provides employees with tools to be successful in our dynamic industry.
