HEADQUARTERS/RED BANK, NJ – Maser Consulting P.A., a multidiscipline consulting and engineering design firm, is pleased to announce it has hired Maureen P. Murphy, Esq. as its new Corporate Counsel.

Ms. Murphy has over 15 years of legal experience consisting of work both in private practice and as an enforcement attorney in the public company accounting field.  In private practice she focused on securities and commercial litigation and has represented both public and private companies, as well as individuals, across various industries including financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, publishing, and food and beverage, among others. At Maser Consulting, her responsibilities will include the management of project contracts, resolution of contractual disputes, oversight of litigation matters, and development of strategies to protect the interests of the firm.
