Mr. Mele has over 19 years of experience providing engineering design, planning, and project management services to various municipalities across New Jersey. In particular, he specializes in the planning, design, permitting, and preparation of construction plans, estimates, and specifications for various capital works projects including water, sanitary sewer, stormwater management system upgrades, road rehabilitation, and recreational fields from conceptual design through the completion of construction.
