Maser Consulting is pleased to announce that Lynn A. LaMunyon, P.E., PTOE, IMSA II, Senior Principal and Transportation Discipline Leader, has been nominated as a candidate for Vice President of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE).

ITE is “…an international membership association of transportation professionals who work to improve mobility and safety for all transportation system users and help build smart and livable communities.”  Ms. LaMunyon has actively participated in ITE for over 33 years and has served in over 30 leadership positions at local, district and international levels.

“Lynn’s life-long passion for the traffic and transportation industry has been centered in excellence and dedication,” stated Richard Maser, Chairman and CEO of Maser Consulting. “I can think of no one more qualified to fill this position, as well as to move the organization forward.”

The position of ITE International Vice President is a fully volunteer position. ITE has “…a network of more than 15,000 members working in more than 90 countries, promotes professional development and career advancement for its members, supports and encourages education, identifies necessary research, develops technical resources including standards and recommended practices, develops public awareness programs, and serves as a conduit for the exchange of professional information.”
