CHARLOTTE/RALEIGH, NC – Maser Consulting PA, a multidiscipline consulting and engineering design firm, is pleased to announce that it has hired Holly Whitley-Cataldo, EIT, BIC as  Director of Right-of-Way and Land Services. She is charged with managing utilities right-of-way coordination for the North and South Carolina regions.

“Holly has successful history managing projects with tight schedules, where client communication and establishment of priorities were vital to the success of the project,” explained Tommy S. Mallard, Geographic Discipline Leader and Senior Project Director of Survey for Maser Consulting. “She will be an asset in helping the team we have assembled to move our highway and utility right-of way projects forward and we are very happy to have her join us!”

Ms. Whitley-Cataldo’s expertise is in right-of-way project management, acquisition and relocation primarily for transportation projects. With a background in civil and structural engineering, she has worked with the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) and local municipalities on these types of projects. She is also experienced in property management for NCDOT-owned properties.
