David Garcia Joins Colliers Engineering & Design as Senior Client Manager
Phoenix, AZ – Colliers Engineering & Design, a national multi-discipline engineering and architecture, design and consulting firm, is pleased to announce the recent hiring of David Garcia as Senior Client Manager in the firm’s Phoenix, Arizona office (formerly HILGARTWILSON).
Mr. Garcia brings 30+ years of experience in land acquisition and development, along with an extensive real estate background. His expertise in feasibility analysis, land planning, Home Owners Association (HOA) formation, property entitlements, and land development contributed to a successful career as an industry leader. Mr. Garcia spent the past 24 years at Shea Homes, Arizona Division and recently retired as the Vice President of Land Acquisition and Development. He was instrumental in the acquisition and development of over 17,000 lots, which represented over $800 million in sales. Prior to joining Shea Homes, Mr. Garcia was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Ryland Homes, and the Marketing Manager for Arizona Public Service Company and Southwest Gas Corporation.

In May of 2024, HILGARTWILSON rebranded as Colliers Engineering & Design. Previously, Mr. Wilson was Managing Principal and Mr. Lam was the Principal/Director of Civil Engineering. HILGARTWILSON’s leadership remains committed to their clients and community. They will continue to lead the business efforts in Arizona as Colliers Engineering & Design to better serve our clients with more resources and continued growth opportunities within the A/E industry.
