Holmdel, NJ – Colliers Engineering & Design, a national multi-discipline engineering, architecture, design and consulting firm, is pleased to announce it has signed an agreement to merge with Phase Zero Design Corporation, a commercial architecture, interior design, and branding firm with offices in Simsbury, CT, Hingham, MA and Cary, NC, with Colliers Engineering & Design as the surviving corporation. Phase Zero Design has been serving its clients with excellence since 2009.

“We are excited to have Phase Zero Design join our team,” said Kevin L. Our combined expertise will provide our clients with more resources and capabilities.”

“Working together, we’ll be able to cross-sell our services and create more opportunities for our people, specifically our Project Leaders division,” added Haney.

Phase Zero Design’s award-winning professionals bring a client-centric approach to six key sectors: academic, healthcare, hospitality, multi-family, residential, retail, and workplace.

“This strategic step supports our focus on continued growth for our clients, partners and employees,” stated Jim Kimball, AIA, Principal, Phase Zero Design.

“Together with Colliers Engineering & Design, we will continue to provide our clients with a unique range of experiences and perspectives that ensure their design visions and goals are achieved,” added Matt Wittmer, AIA, LEED AP, Principal, Phase Zero Design.

The addition of Phase Zero Design’s capabilities to Colliers Engineering & Design’s existing service lines promises to create a dynamic and positive environment, positioning Colliers Engineering & Design to better serve their clients with more comprehensive services and continued growth opportunities within the E/A industry.

This agreement maintains the firm’s senior leadership, and the anticipated closing date will be in Q3 2024.
