Colliers Engineering & Design, a national multi-discipline engineering, architectural, design and consulting firm, is pleased to announce it has acquired HILGARTWILSON, LLC, an Arizona-based engineering, design and survey firm that offers civil engineering, land use planning, land surveying, environmental services, and construction management services.
