Colliers Engineering & Design, a national multi-discipline engineering and design firm, is pleased to announce it has promoted four professionals from within the firm into elevated leadership roles.

These promotions include:

Allison Colantuoni, PHR, SHRM-CP, Director of Human Resources, has been promoted to Chief People Officer.

Robert “Bob” Colantuoni has been promoted from Director of Information Technology to Chief Information Officer.

Mark R. DeLor, PLS/RLS has been promoted from Discipline Leader of the Survey/Geospatial group to Division Director.

Jennie Muscarella, Esq., the newest member of CED and most recently Chief Human Resources and Legal Officer at Bergmann, joins Colliers Engineering & Design as Chief Risk Officer.

Bergmann, a nationally recognized leader in architecture, engineering, planning and related disciplines, joined Colliers Engineering & Design on November 1, 2021.
