At Colliers Engineering & Design, making a difference is part of who we are. Through the Colliers Engineering & Design Foundation (Foundation), we support organizations that promote equity, sustainability, and well-being, extending our impact beyond the projects we design.
Since 2014, the Foundation, reinforced our mission to act with integrity, build strong relationships and nurture creativity. Our employees play a key role in this mission through two signature programs: Charitable Fridays and Dollars for Doers.
What began in 2008 as a simple initiative has become a meaningful tradition within our company. Twice a month, employees have the opportunity to highlight a cause close to their hearts, resulting in an additional contribution by the Foundation. From local food banks to disaster relief efforts, this program embodies our commitment to compassion, our communities and making a lasting impact.
Giving back goes beyond financial support – it’s also about time and dedication. Through Dollars for Doers, employees who volunteer 30 or more hours annually with an eligible nonprofit, receive a $500 donation to support that organization from The Foundation. This initiative reflects our internal culture for mentorship, inclusivity, and seeking excellence in everything we do.
At Colliers Engineering & Design, our commitment to making a difference extends beyond our work, we’re deeply invested in the communities where we live and work. Through the Colliers Engineering & Design Foundation, a registered charitable organization founded in 2014 by Founder and Executive Chairman Richard Maser, we support a wide range of causes that promote positive, lasting change. With every act of service and every dollar donated, we reaffirm our shared dedication to strengthening communities and creating a better world. To date, the Foundation has supported more than 100 organizations in pursuit of this mission.
