Colliers Project Leaders provided commissioning and project management services for the comprehensive renovation and expansion of Willard and DiLoreto Halls.

The $63 Million project involved gutting and renovating two 50-year-old adjacent buildings and adding a 39,000 square foot addition connecting the two buildings on all four floors.

Both Willard and DiLoreto Halls received major upgrades during the construction, including 24 new classrooms, five instructional labs, 57 academic offices, and an atrium for use as common space. The new 143,000 square foot complex also houses the Carol A. Ammon College of Liberal Arts & Social Sciences.

Technology upgrades, HVAC improvements, and an ADA accessible elevator were also installed.
