Maser Consulting’s Brian E. Curtis, Esq., Corporate General Counsel

Headquarters/ RED BANK, NJ – Maser Consulting PA, a multidiscipline consulting and engineering design firm, is pleased to announce that it has hired Brian E. Curtis, Esq. as Corporate General Counsel for the firm.

“Brian is a great addition to our team,” explained Kevin L. Haney, president and COO. “He will work closely with the executive team to manage our internal and external affairs as we execute strategies for continued corporate growth and expansion.”

Mr. Curtis is an attorney and business consultant with over 20 years of experience in private practice and as general counsel, having served as an external special counsel to Fortune 500 companies.  With an expertise in risk management and employment law, his responsibilities will include the development of project contracts, resolution of contractual disputes, oversight of litigation matters, and development of strategies to protect the interests of the firm.

Mr. Curtis is a Committee Co-Chair and member of the Executive Board for the Labor & Employment Section of the NJ State Bar Association.  He is a founding member and a former Executive Editor of the ‘Employment News Alert’ digital publications, including the award-winning ENA ‘NewsFlash’ Special Alert.
