TAMPA, FL – Maser Consulting PA, a multidiscipline consulting and engineering design firm, is pleased to announce that it has hired Stuart M. Rogers, PE, LEED, AP as Geographic Discipline Leader of the Civil/Site Engineering operations in Tampa.

His responsibilities will focus on assisting clients with their land development projects throughout the state. Mr. Rogers has over 30 years of experience managing the design, construction and permitting of over 500 residential, office, industrial, educational, municipal, retail, mixed-use, and agricultural projects within the Florida region.
