Provided site design, sanitary sewer design, and air quality permitting for the new Grainger Northeast Distribution Center in Bordentown. Grainger, a leading distributor of industrial supplies, equipment, tools and materials, built its distribution center on 96 acres within the Central Crossings Business Park. The 1.4 million SF facility is the largest commercial warehouse in New Jersey and includes 664 car parking spaces and 193 trailer parking spaces.

Our professionals also provided environmental services to address the Environmental Protection Agency’s requirements for spill prevention, control, and countermeasure (SPCC) for the planned installation of three 1,500 kW standby diesel electric generators and associated oil-filled transformers for the distribution center.
