Colliers Engineering & Design, a national multi-discipline engineering design firm, is pleased to announce it has hired Jason Biggar as Director of Federal Services in the firm’s Exton, PA office.

Mr. Biggar is a resourceful and accomplished facilities management professional with over 20 years’ experience deploying effective leadership and management strategies in Federal program management.

“Jason has overseen all aspects of facility management including working effectively with personnel,” said Adam Henger, Regional Manager/Federal Services for Colliers Engineering & Design. “His presence in the mid-Atlantic region will facilitate our growth geographically offering expanded opportunities in servicing our Federal clients.”

Mr. Biggar has a successful track record developing and managing facility management strategic goals and objectives, overseeing capital projects, including real property transactions, capital planning, and facility maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction, while ensuring compliance with building/fire codes as well as worker health and safety standards.
