Colliers Engineering & Design provided professional civil engineering, surveying, traffic, geotechnical and ecological services for a warehouse distribution center in South Brunswick Township.  The distribution center is situated on approximately 91 acres, with access to U.S. Route 130, Georges Road (CR 679), and Ridge Road.  The property, which previously contained a manufacturing facility and an office building, was redeveloped with 3 warehouse buildings totaling 978,400 SF, and approximately 500 parking spaces, 190 loading docks, 230 trailer parking spaces, 3 storm water management  basins, and perimeter berms and landscaping.

Colliers Engineering & Design secured all regulatory approvals, including Township and County Planning Boards, Soil Conservation District, NJDOT Access Permit, and NJDEP Wetland Permits.
