Maser Consulting Continues Multi-Dimensional Expansion
Headquarters/RED BANK, NJ – Maser Consulting P.A., a national consulting and engineering design firm, recently opened an office in Charlotte, NC. This location has been established to support one of the firm’s newest services, providing right-of-way (ROW) land management services for the oil & gas, utility and renewable energy industries.
Maser Consulting has also entered the Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) service market to complement its existing geospatial/LiDAR (hi-definition laser) survey scanning service capabilities. When outfitted with LiDAR scanners, UAS survey data can be integrated with data collected from terrestrial and mobile scanners to provide survey mapping for a wide range of project types. When integrated with sensor technology, UAS also supports the firm’s power utility, oil & gas, environmental, emergency response and asset management services.
“Since UAS services are mobile in nature, it’s enabled the firm to perform this unique set of services virtually anywhere in the nation,” explained Kevin Haney, president and COO of Maser Consulting, “This has helped substantiate our strategies for increasing service to existing clients while expanding into new markets.”
The new oil & gas services include land acquisition for ROW projects such as pipeline, electric transmission, upstream land acquisition, renewable energy (solar and wind), and railroad projects, ensuring they are fully researched from ownership, environmental and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) investigation to compliance and permitting. This new division is supported by the firm’s existing multidiscipline capabilities.
Additionally, Maser Consulting has increased its presence in Florida with offices in Miami, Orlando and a newly expanded office in Tampa. These locations have grown their services to include survey, civil/site, planning, Geographic Information System (GIS) and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) services to better serve the firm’s clients while supporting the surrounding communities though job creation.
