Office Space

A Headquarters That Practices What It Builds
When a construction company builds its own headquarters, every material choice is a statement. LeChase Construction enlisted our firm in a design-build capacity to consolidate three separate offices into a single, 60,752-square-foot, two-story facility at Canal Ponds Park. The vision was to create a modern, open-plan environment that showcased LeChase’s expertise while fostering the collaboration and unity that comes from finally having the entire team under one roof.
The design embraced construction materials as a central theme, showcasing them intentionally and aesthetically rather than concealing them behind finished surfaces. Exposed elements such as reclaimed wood, polished concrete floors, and Unistrut display walls brought an industrial yet refined feel to the space. Glass partitions added transparency and light, while distinctive carpet patterns and creative lighting solutions elevated the overall ambiance. These aren’t decorative afterthoughts. They’re the tools and textures of the trade, presented with the kind of craftsmanship that defines LeChase’s own work.
Every Detail Chosen with Purpose
Our team provided comprehensive interior design services, working closely with furniture vendors to ensure every selection aligned with the project’s overarching theme. From furniture to finishes, each element was carefully chosen to emphasize the use of typical construction materials while meeting the practical requirements of a modern office.
The result is a striking, purpose-driven headquarters that doesn’t just house LeChase’s team. It tells their story to every client, partner, and new hire who walks through the door.
