The Sunshine Skyway Bridge is a four-lane cable-stayed bridge which crosses over Lower Tampa Bay. As the protective coatings consultant for ICA (and previously PB Americas), Colliers Engineering & Design (CED) provided technical oversight during the surface preparation and painting of the steel cable stays.  CED had also previously provided quality assurance inspection for waterproofing of the reconstructed post tensioned column caps.
