Colliers Engineering & Design (CED) is developing construction plans and contract documents to widen Coral Ridge Drive from South Gate Blvd. to Royal Palm Blvd. The scope of the project includes the construction of buffered bike lanes, completing sidewalk at gap locations, and upgrading ADA features to approximately 2.2 miles of roadway encompassing 5 major signalized intersections. CED is also providing Utility Coordination, and Signing & Pavement Markings design services for the segment of Coral Ridge Drive from Royal Palm Blvd. to Holmberg Road. Other work includes addressing drainage system impacts, pavement markings, signing, lighting, signalization, and landscaping associated with the widening, as well as milling and resurfacing of the pavement throughout the project limits. Most recently, Production Plans were submitted.
