Biennial routine and fracture critical inspection and reporting services contract for bridges and overhead signs along the Miami-Dade Expressway system. Colliers Engineering & Design (CED) has worked on this contract as a subconsultant over two separate contract cycles.

Scope includes biennial inspections of prestressed AASHTO girders bridges, steel plate and box girders, and galvanized overhead sign structures. CED provides full inspection reports including an outline of deficiencies and recommended repairs using BrM/BMS format (formerly PONTIS) and quantities to develop work-orders. Other work includes bridge load rating analysis.
