FDOT D6’s Districtwide Miscellaneous CEI Support contract (CEI Residency) is a 5-year contract consisting of managing numerous construction contracts ranging in value from $250,000 to $6,000,000. Colliers Engineering & Design was responsible for the overall performance and operation of this contract, providing experienced and qualified construction inspection, compliance, and administrative staff to support the FDOT D6 Construction Office.

Up to 12 active projects were managed concurrently by our Residency team, including fast response push-button contracts. Projects under this contract included intersection improvements, resurfacing, pedestrian improvements, bridge rehab/repair, and landscaping projects all across Miami-Dade County.
