Mr. Compton leads the Geo-Environmental Division at Colliers Engineering & Design, bringing nearly three decades of experience across wetlands delineations, USACE permitting, Phase 1 and 2 ESAs, environmental assessments, groundwater monitoring, industrial wastewater monitoring, soil remediation, and construction inspections for roadway, utility, commercial, and residential projects.

Before stepping into this role, Todd served as Texas Regional Resource Lead for the Civil/Site Division and as Executive Vice President with San Antonio-based KFW Engineers + Surveying, which was acquired by Colliers Engineering & Design in 2022. That combination of technical depth, regional leadership, and operational management gives him a perspective that spans both the field and the business side of the practice.

As Division Director, Todd is focused on providing leadership, guidance, and support to every member of his team while driving cross-discipline collaboration and creating growth opportunities across the firm.
