Retained to engineer the largest brownfield redevelopment project in the history of the State of New Jersey. This project entails the redevelopment of the former National Lead Site, which is a contaminated industrial brownfield site with complicated subsurface soil conditions. The project consists of a mixed-use waterfront development with more than 2.8 miles of waterfront; 3,000,000 SF of retail space; 1,250 hotel rooms; a government complex; 2,000 residential units; an entertainment complex; marina; and multiple digital media towers.
Services include feasibility studies, foundation support improvement, infrastructure improvements, design of an on-site water system, and general civil engineering services. Ecological services include permits required for capping the site and construction of the mixed-use development.
