Building E is the third industrial building development that Colliers Engineering & Design has been involved with in the 24.5-acre Madison Business Park, an ongoing warehouse/distribution industrial development site. Our services included boundary and topographic surveys for parceling out the required boundary phases as a condition of zoning for individual development of these industrial building sites. We also provided construction and as-built services, foundation tie-in surveys, Federal Emergency Management Agency Flood Certificates, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Boundary and Topographic Surveys for agency acceptance and approval.
