Colliers Engineering & Design provided professional design and traffic engineering for a proposed child care facility. The improvements included redeveloping an existing two-story building for an interior fit-out with exterior upgrades including parking area, landscape, lighting, and playground area.
Our professionals prepared full site plans. A steep slope analysis and a traffic study were also performed as required by the Town. We also provided management consisting of the assistance in processing the site plans and permit reviews by way of general correspondence, as well as preparation for hearings and meetings.
