Church Farms East Storage Tank and Booster Pump Station

Queen Creek, AZ

As Engineer of Record (EOR) for the Town of Queen Creek’s Church Farms East Water Storage Tank and Booster Pump Station project, our firm provided comprehensive engineering and construction management services. We designed and oversaw construction of a partially buried 3.0 million gallon concrete water storage tank and a 4,000 gallons per minute (GPM) vertical turbine booster pump station, complete with sophisticated electrical controls and equipment.

Our team integrated advanced monitoring and control systems to optimize infrastructure performance. Our services spanned from design through construction, including submittal reviews, responding to information requests, field observations, and detailed construction reporting and scheduling.

We managed billing processes, conducted start-up and demonstration testing, and performed thorough contractor walk-throughs to address punch list items. The project concluded with our processing of final Letters of Acceptance, ensuring all aspects met the Town’s stringent standards. Throughout the project, our expertise in both engineering design and construction management was crucial in delivering a high-quality, efficient water storage and distribution system that met all of Queen Creek’s requirements.
