Colliers Engineering & Design is providing services for the Canyon Regional Water Authority’s (CRWA) GIS Site Updates project. CRWA will be purchasing its own GPS units and training its employees to survey their above-ground assets. We will be migrating data (to include transmission main easement as-builts, the GPS-located above-ground transmission main features, the Hays-Caldwell Water Treatment Plant transmission main additions, and the Wells Ranch Treatment Plant) into the CRWA database which they will then be able to update for future use.
