Todd Compton Announced as Geo-Environmental Division Director
Colliers Engineering & Design, a national multi-discipline engineering and architecture, design and consulting firm, is thrilled to announce that it has selected Todd Compton of the firm’s San Antonio office, as Geo-Environmental Division Director. This Division is comprised of the Geotechnical, Environmental and Natural Resource disciplines.
Mr. Compton has nearly three decades of experience in wetlands delineations, USACE permitting, Phase 1 and 2 ESA’s, environmental assessments, groundwater monitoring, industrial wastewater monitoring, soil remediation, construction inspections for roadway and utility projects, civil construction for commercial and residential projects, business development, client relations and operations management.
In this role as the Geo-Environmental Division Director, Mr. Compton’s responsibilities will include providing each staff member within the division, the leadership, guidance and support they need to achieve their personal goals as well as the goals set forth for the division. Other responsibilities will incorporate working with three discipline leaders and the other seven division directors to increase overall communication, achieve goals and to assist each other in cross selling all Colliers Engineering & Design services to continue supporting company growth to provide advancement opportunities for all employees.

Mr. Compton most recently held the role of Texas Regional Resource Lead for the Civil/Site Division, as well as Executive Vice President with San Antonio-based KFW, who was acquired by Colliers Engineering & Design in 2022.
