For this project, Colliers Engineering & Design developed as-built plans, construction phasing, public water design, and a topographical improvement survey to improve water. We went through extensive coordination with public officials due to the proximity of other public works projects off-site in near proximity. We accounted for off-site channel improvements (done by others) that would affect our project once completed. The final product was a 12-inch water line, approximately 2000 feet long.
