Mr. Ponzio is Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and Senior Principal for Colliers Engineering & Design. In this role, he is responsible for driving the firm’s revenue growth strategy, overseeing business development initiatives, and optimizing operations to support long-term profitability. His leadership ensures the alignment of corporate services, strategic partnerships, and client engagement efforts with the firm’s overall expansion goals.

With over 35 years at Colliers Engineering & Design, Mr. Ponzio has been a driving force in the firm’s evolution. Previously serving as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), he was instrumental in integrating corporate service departments—including Information Technology, Marketing, Workplace Services, Corporate Systems, and Learning & Knowledge—into a cohesive structure that supported the company’s rapid growth. He also played a pivotal role in managing the firm’s insurance and lease programs and led all mergers and acquisitions.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Ponzio served as Division Director of Surveying Services, where he transformed the firm’s land survey division into a nationwide leader. Under his leadership, the firm adopted cutting-edge survey technologies such as terrestrial LiDAR, mobile LiDAR, and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), reinforcing the company’s commitment to innovation and quality. His expertise in survey operations emphasized adherence to rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards, strengthening the firm’s reputation for precision and excellence.
