Whether you are pursuing sustainable goals or specific certifications, our experienced project team takes a holistic approach for green building projects that benefits the triple bottom line: people, planet, and prosperity. We work closely with all stakeholders to advise owners, architects, and contractors about the best ways to plan, design, build, and operate a sustainable project to meet their goals, while expertly guiding them through all applicable certification processes. Our expertise includes providing both the technical aspects of rating system goals and the true impact of sustainability for LEED Certified projects and other green systems for the built environment.
From initial goal setting at project inception, through design, construction, and filing comments or appeals necessary to obtain the proper certification level, we have successfully completed hundreds of sustainable projects for repeat clients in the retail, banking, education, large scale laboratory, commercial, governmental, mixed-use, and healthcare facility markets.
