Stream Data Centers’ San Antonio III campus represents a $400 million investment in advanced hyperscale infrastructure, expanding the company’s footprint in West San Antonio. Situated on a 135-acre site at West Military Drive and Loop 1604, this is the third campus in the area. At full buildout, it will offer five two-story buildings, totaling 1.5 million square feet of data center space and 200 MW of critical load capacity. The first 300,000-square-foot facility is scheduled for occupancy in Q2 2025.

Our firm provided integrated site/civil engineering, survey, and landscape architecture services to bring this project to life. Our scope included planning around an on-site 334 MW CPS substation, designing resilient utility and stormwater systems, and ensuring secure, scalable site access. The campus features zero-water-use cooling systems, support for air and liquid-cooled IT, and 2N power redundancy. Each building has separate utility metering and equipment yards, emphasizing operational independence and reliability.

Tenants benefit from access to a competitive energy market and renewable energy options via Power Purchase Agreements. With 24/7 security staffing, biometric access control, and diverse fiber connectivity from providers like Zayo, AT&T, and Crown Castle, this campus sets a new benchmark for modern, efficient data environments.
