Colliers Engineering & Design (CED) provided surveying services for the new 110,000 SF residence hall at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

The project includes housing for approximately 360 students, a common area, and a full-service coffee shop. Services included bore location staking and locating fences and fence posts. Field Crews took pictures of the point numbers (relative to their corner), performed check shots, set control points around the boundary, and located all improvements within 5ft. to 10ft of the boundary. CED also staked chiller pads, grid lines, and building corners.
