Provided engineering services for The Asbury, a 110-unit luxury hotel located just two blocks from the boardwalk in Asbury Park. Converted from an old Salvation Army building, the hotel is the first to open in the City in over 50 years. The hotel features a sunlit lobby; music-themed bar; outdoor pool and beer garden; 5,500 SF indoor/outdoor meeting and event space; rooftop lawn with ocean views; and a 4,000 SF cocktail lounge.

Our professionals provided civil/site engineering, land survey services, and stormwater management. Approvals were obtained from the City, County, and Soil Erosion. The surrounding roadway and park infrastructure improvements were completed simultaneously as part of the overall block development, in accordance with the City’s 10 year, multi-billion dollar Waterfront Redevelopment Plan.
