Floreo at Teravalis Water Campus and Wells #1 and #3

Buckeye, AZ

Teravalis, a visionary 37,000-acre development, has broken ground in Phoenix’s rapidly growing West Valley with its first phase: a 3,000-acre master-planned community. This ambitious project will ultimately feature 100,000 homes, accommodate 300,000 residents, and include 55 million square feet of commercial space.

This initial phase establishes the foundation for future expansion through thorough infrastructure planning and execution. Delivered under a $36 million Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) model, the project demanded precise design and construction management throughout.

Our construction management team oversaw every critical aspect—reviewing submittals, RFIs, and field directives, evaluating monthly pay applications against the Guaranteed Maximum Price, and carefully managing contingency use requests. These coordinated efforts have created a resilient, high-quality water infrastructure that will support Teravalis’ ambitious long-term vision.
