This multi-purpose field was designed to replace an existing grass sports complex with poor site drainage. Stormwater management methods were utilized to store the stormwater runoff beneath the synthetic turf prior to draining the site. The project involved development of plans, including grading, stormwater management, drainage, soil erosion, and sediment control. Permits were required for soil erosion and sediment control as well as municipal board approval.

The 110,000 SF multi-use field was designed for football, soccer, lacrosse, and high school baseball. New complex entrances, spectator seating, player dugouts, and ADA accessibility were also integrated into this design. In addition wall padding and portable bleachers were added to the final design of the complex.
