Colliers Engineering & Design is preparing construction and civil plans for 8,280 linear feet of 36-inch gravity sewer with depths up to 24-inches, 2,640 linear feet of 30-inch gravity sewer with depths up to 26 feet, and 2,160 linear feet of 15-inch gravity sewer with depths up to 24 feet. This terminates at a previously designed 36-inch San Antonio Water System sewer line in the Unnamed Tributary 7 of Medio Creek, to the northern end of the 36-inch sewer extension located at Talley Road. With a limited right-of-way, and existing pavement the same width as traffic, we completed the construction of this project on time. Extra care was taken alongside Bexar County and the contractor to monitor one lane of traffic during daytime construction hours. This project was designed to serve subdivisions along Talley Road, totaling nearly 13,000 linear feet.
