Government Services Building at the Cape May Airport

Rio Grande, NJ

Cape May Airport’s new 5,400-square-foot terminal building is designed to house offices, meeting space, aviation customer support areas, and a public lobby. Strategically positioned at the junction of Hornet Road and Forrestal Road on the airport apron, this facility will serve as a central hub for fixed-base operations (FBO), fueling, and other aviation-related functions, streamlining operations and enhancing overall efficiency.

In addition to the terminal building, the project scope included the demolition of two hangars along with the associated hazardous material abatement. Our team managed the installation of new vehicle and pedestrian access gates, construction of an asphalt parking lot, exterior lighting, building signage, hardscaping, utility tie-ins, stormwater mitigation measures, and comprehensive landscaping, all of which contribute to a fully integrated and modernized facility.
