Epiphany School Addition

Colliers Engineering & Design was the Structural Engineer of Record for the Epiphany Parish School expansion program adding approximately 42,000 SF of new construction to the existing school. Scope for this expansion consisted of sitework development, a two-level 16-classroom addition, new 12,300 SF multi-purpose cafeteria/dining hall addition, support spaces, student restrooms, demolition of the existing classroom building, and MEP integration with the existing facility.
